

GENTLE YOGA
A softer, slow-paced and well-supported practice, geared to people completely new to Yoga as well as to those who seek a relaxing experience on the mat.
This class incorporates gentle floor based sequences to warm up the body, yogic breath techniques through guided relaxation, and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility, all modified to individual’s needs.
This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student to help improve the body’s movement patterns. No experience or flexibility required.

A restorative moment, especially ideal on a Monday morning - to get the week off to the best start - , or for a Friday evening - to unwind and recharge before the weekend.

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people
Duration: choose from 45 mins up to 90 mins
Resources needed: yoga mats (or towels if the floor is carpeted)
Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
