flow dynamic yoga
Active and sometimes challenging, this class is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement which creates a full-body workout.
Perfect in the middle of the week, to keep the energy level up, as well as at the end of it, to recharge before the weekend, it's always time for a great Flow Dynamic Yoga class.

chair yoga
All poses and exercises are developed while sitting or standing using a chair for support.
This gentle form of yoga still guarantees all the benefits of other styles of Yoga, it is perfect to improve flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting our mood and reducing stress and joint strain.



mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a wholly secular practice that emphasizes stress reduction and encourages the cultivation of focus and tranquility. A regular practise will even help us better understand what causes us stress, and what we can do to relieve it.
