A restorative moment, ideal on any day, and perfect for a Monday afternoon to start the week the best way, or for a Friday evening to unwind before the weekend.

flow dynamic yoga

Active and sometimes challenging, this class is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement which creates a full-body workout. 

Perfect in the middle of the week, to keep the energy level up, as well as at the end of it, to recharge before the weekend, it's always time for a great Flow Dynamic Yoga class.

All poses and exercises are developed while sitting or standing using a chair for support.

This gentle form of yoga still guarantees all the benefits of other styles of Yoga, it is perfect to improve flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting our mood and reducing stress and joint strain.

This is a form of physical exercise.

Although following the base principles of Ballet, people at just about any fitness level can do it and enjoy it. It gifts you with elegance, posture and strength. Only down side: addictive for the long haul.

stretching break

When muscles remain static or fixed in one position for too long this may cause some muscle tension. Taking some stretching breaks helps reduce the risk of neck and back pain, as well as leaves you feeling refreshed and increases productivity.

Mindfulness meditation is a wholly secular practice that emphasizes stress reduction and encourages the cultivation of focus and tranquility. A regular practise will even help us better understand what causes us stress, and what we can do to relieve it.
