STRETCHING BREAK

When muscles remain static or fixed in one position for too long this may cause some muscle tension. Taking some Stretching breaks helps reduce the risk of neck and back pain, as well as leaves you feeling refreshed and increases productivity.

It is recommended that a person break for at least 5-10 minutes for every hour spent at a workstation and the break should include standing, walking and ideally stretching. Our Stretching Break classes involve all this at the same time so that when you go back to your desk you'll feel reinvigorated and ready to pick up where you left off.

These sessions are fundamental and suitable for any age or level. No experience or flexibility required, as the instructor will give the appropriate adjustments to accommodate all levels.
