CHAIR YOGA

This class unfolds through movements and exercises while sitting or standing using a chair for support.

This gentle form of yoga has still all the benefits of other styles of Yoga, it is perfect to improve flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting our mood and reducing stress and joint strain.

 

Guided by our expert instructors, students will get to know new possibilities of movements for their own body, they will understand how our breathing works and how it affects our whole day.

These sessions are perfect for any age or level to help improve the body’s movement patterns. No experience or flexibility required, as the instructor will give the appropriate adjustments to accommodate all levels. 

​

Yoga doesn't require previous flexibility, Yoga will give you flexibility. 

​

Ideal in the morning, to gently wake up our body and stretch out our muscles. 

​

Information:

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people

Length: choose from 45 or 60 mins

Resources needed: chairs - one for each student

Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
