FLOW DYNAMIC YOGA

Active and challenging, this class is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movements which contributes to reach an effective full-body workout. 

This energetic class helps the students to correctly use their breath while moving from one pose to another so they will be able to bring this new awareness even out of the mats, in their daily life.  

Guided by our expert instructors, students will get to know new possibilities of movements for their own body, they will understand how our breathing works and how it affects our whole day.

Sessions can cover a time of 60, 75 or 90 minutes and are perfect for any age or level to help improve the body’s movement patterns. No experience or flexibility required, as the instructor will give the appropriate adjustments to accommodate all levels.

Yoga doesn't require previous flexibility, Yoga will give you future flexibility. 

​

Perfect in the middle of the week, to keep the energy level up, as well as at the end of it, to recharge before the weekend, it's always time for a great Flow Dynamic Yoga class.

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people

Duration: choose from 60 mins, 75 mins, 90 mins

Resources needed: yoga mats (or towels if the floor is carpeted)  

Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
