FIT BARRE

This class is perfect for people that want a high-efficiency workout without forgetting about having a lot of fun. Following the rhythm of an upbeat music, this class combines ballet-inspired simple movements - such as plies and tendus, alongside dynamic stretches and exercises on the floor, with pilates and yoga. Focus is on elongating the whole body, while gifting it with elegance, posture and strength.

Usually a ballet barre is required, but the use of chairs and wall is also welcomed.

No experience or flexibility required, as the instructor will give the appropriate adjustments to accommodate all levels: you don’t need to be a ballerina to benefit from this incredible workout!

Only down side: addictive for the long haul.

Information:

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people

Length: choose from 45, 60 or 75 mins

Resources needed: fitness mats (or towels if the floor is carpeted) and chairs to use instead of the traditional ballet barre 

Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
