SALSA & LATIN DANCES

Salsa has been defined as one of the most rewarding dances, as in fact it's probably the easiest and quickest dance to pick up. This makes Salsa a fun and energetic way to exercise at any age, no matter someone’s athletic background.

Socialising and laughing to leave some stress behind, this is the focus of our Salsa & Latin Dances sessions!

 

Last  but not least, dancing Salsa will help boosting our metabolism and promotes weight loss, so why not to give it a try! 

Information:

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people

Length: choose from 45 or 60 mins

Resources needed: ballroom shoes are ideal but not essential. Flat shoes are more than welcome. 

Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
