PILATES

Pilates was originally called “Contrology”. And control is indeed what you’ll develop in our classes. 

​

Core strength and stability, muscle control, endurance, proper posture, balanced flexibility and strength are the main focus.

Information:

Number of students allowed: up to 20 people

Duration: choose from 45 or 60 mins

Resources needed: yoga mats (or towels if the floor is carpeted). The use of belts (in place of straps) is recommended.

Space requirements: it depends on the number of people attending, the larger the group the bigger the room
